Naps are the way to go!

Always feeling tired due to lack of sleep? Did you know that not having sufficient amount of sleep can dramatically increase the chance of having a serious accident in everyday life? Well now you won’t have to feel that way anymore! Research has shown that afternoon naps are a must. Not only does napping improve your memory, but also your reaction time and productivity. Also, the secret to waking up refreshed is to work out your sleep in 90 minute cycles. For example, if you want to go to bed at 11 p.m. and want to wake up at 7 a.m then you should be counting back in 90 minute segments from 7 a.m aiming to fall asleep around either 1 a.m. or 10.30 a.m. in order to feel especially refreshed in the morning. So now you have a good excuse to take more naps!
