Yummylicious Pancakes

Pancakes are sinfully delicious but too much can be just downright unhealthy. What if you have an option of choosing a healthier pancake? Will you take that chance? This pancake recipe only requires three easy-to-find ingredients! It’s perfect for beginners and even children to make, under supervision ofcourse. Did I mention that this pancake recipe is also gluten free, flourless and low calorie? What a combination! Now, you get to enjoy eating your favorite breakfast food as well as have a healthy body! Money is saved on the unnecessary ingredients and so is time! Below is the recipe for this mighty easy yummy pancake :

3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes Recipe
For 1 person (10 mini pancakes)

Ingredients
1 1/2 large bananas, ripe to overripe (200g) *
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Maple syrup, butter, blueberries, to serve (optional)
* Don’t add too much banana. The pancake will not hold. There should be enough egg to hold mashed banana together.

Directions
First, crack 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk to break.
Then in another bowl add in 1 1/2 large bananas and lightly mash with a potato masher or a fork, but not too much. There should be chunks of bananas to make fluffy pancakes. And use only ripe bananas.
Then add egg mixture and 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder into mashed bananas and stir to combine.
Now cook mini pancakes over medium low heat. 1 or 2 tablepoons for each. When the baking powder is activated, flip it over and cook for about one minute more. You can skip baking powder, but then it will feel like banana omelets rather than pancakes. Blueberries are always good with pancakes. And serve immediately when hot.

Skin Ink

Tattoos used to be such a taboo in the olden days but now in our generation, tattoos are a norm. In todays’ light, having a tattoo is a form of self –expression and a form of art. To some people, having a tattoo is like having someone paint a beautiful story on an open canvas. And to others, tattoos can be an addiction. It is said to be an addiction because some people tend to feel satisfaction when they feel the needle pricking into one’s skin over and over again. Tattoos have been around for at least, 5,000 years for different reasons but now, it is just to express one’s individuality permanently.

Pregnancy Hazards

Pregnancy is something that should be enjoyed but it is also a very crucial time for the mother and the baby. There are a few things that a mother should avoid during pregnancy. Firstly, smoking should be avoided to ensure the health of the baby. Other than that, raw eggs should also be avoided in case of contracting salmonella. Also, the mother should stay away from raw and uncooked food just to be safe because they carry a higher risk of toxoplasmosis which sometimes can cause birth defects. Lastly, the mother should not take any alcoholic beverages in the first three months of pregnancy and if possible, stay away from all alcoholic beverages during the whole duration of pregnancy.

DIY Spa

Busy with work and no time to head to your nearest spa? Don't you fret because now you can have a spa in the comfort of your own home! Here is where we will reveal the best-kept secrets to getting a flawless, refreshed look from home with these simple and quick DIYs!

1. De-puff those tired eyes

Use tea-soaked cotton pads and lay them on your eyes or even use chilled raw potato slices! The caffeine in the tea helps to shrink the appearance of the blood vessels, and the antioxidants help eliminate inflammation, where else,  the potato acts as a natural astringent and will take down the swelling.

 2.   Get healthy-shiny hair

Just mix an egg yolk, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1/4 of an avocado, 2 tablespoon of olive oil and a small handful of conditioner together. Then apply the mixture to your hair for an hour or two and simply wash it out for soft, shiny, and strong locks!

3.  Kissable lips

Make a gentle, au naturel exfoliator by just combining a tablespoon of white sugar, a teaspoon of raw cacao powder and a tablespoon of raw honey. Let it sit on your lips for 10 minutes then scrub away for perfectly soft lips!
