2.       Energy Booster : avocado + banana + strawberries + spinach + broccoli + soymilk

3.       Pre-workout : mango + peach + spinach + water

4.       Sick : orange +  strawberries + kale + water

5.       Antioxidant : mixed berries + apple + lettuce + water
