in 90 minute cycles. For example, if you want to go to bed at 11 p.m. and want
to wake up at 7 a.m then you should be counting back in 90 minute segments from
7 a.m aiming to fall asleep around either 1 a.m. or 10.30 a.m. in order to feel
especially refreshed in the morning. So now you have a good excuse to take more naps!
